Appendix G Accessory Programs and Tools
The accessory applications and tools shipped with the device provide you with friendly interfaces
that enhance device usability and smooth your transition to the new VoIP infrastructure. The
following applications are available:
• TrunkPack Downloadable Conversion Utility (refer to Section
G.1 below).
• PSTN Trace Utility (refer to Section
G.1.4 on page 218).
G.1 TrunkPack Downloadable Conversion Utility
Use the TrunkPack Downloadable Conversion Utility to:
• Create a loadable Call Progress Tones file (refer to Section
G.1.1 on page 214).
• Create a loadable Voice Prompts file from pre-recorded voice messages (refer to Section
G.1.2 on page 215).
• Encode / decode an ini file (refer to Section
G.1.3 on page 217).
• Create a loadable Prerecorded Tones file (refer to Section
G.1.3 on page 217).
