3 Select single entries in the Outlook Contacts list and click the arrow button to

move them over to the Selected Contacts list or click the double arrow to

move all of the contacts.

4 Select a Group for these contacts from the Group ID list (optional).

5 Click Import.

Tip: Press Shift on the keyboard to select a range of contacts. Press Ctrl

to select multiple entries that are not adjacent.
